Hello and Welcome to Belle Rose!

My love for Labrador Retrievers began when I was about six years old, with our very first Lab—a yellow girl named Gracie. I’ll never forget the excitement of knowing we were getting our very own puppy. Before bringing Gracie home, my siblings and I would beg to visit her, and our sweet mom would always remind us we had to wait until Dad got off work. We’d count down the hours, and even now, those late-night visits with Gracie remain some of my happiest childhood memories. 💕

A few years later, our family welcomed our first chocolate Lab, Elsie. Bringing Elsie home also began a mentorship and lifelong friendship with both her and Gracie’s breeder—one that shaped our journey in ways we’ll always be grateful for. She trusted our family, generously shared her time and knowledge, and laid the foundation for everything we do today. Not long after, we experienced our very first litter of puppies. It was pure joy—and the moment that truly sealed the deal. Labradors became more than just dogs; they became a way of life.

When my husband Ben and I started our own family, there was never much discussion about what type of dog we wanted raised alongside our children. The answer was, and always would be, a Labrador. They are truly the most beautiful, intelligent, and gentle companions. I feel incredibly grateful to share that kind of love with other families.

Our breeding program is rooted in preservation and a deep love of the breed. Every pairing is thoughtfully planned with intention and purpose. My heart is in preserving the Labrador Retriever as it was meant to be—sound in structure, steady in temperament, healthy, and beautiful. While we primarily breed for exceptional family companions, championship lines are also important to us. Show dogs are evaluated not only on conformation and adherence to the breed standard, but on temperament and a proven record of health—and that balance is exactly what we strive for. Our goal is to raise dogs that are not only stunning, but well-tempered, healthy, adaptable, and ready to become part of your forever memories.

Since 2005, when Elsie had her first litter, my mom at Quail Meadow Labradors has been breeding some of the highest-quality Labradors in the state of Florida. I am incredibly thankful to carry on that legacy and to have learned from one of the very best. To this day, she is my speed dial for any question, concern, or when I simply need someone to bounce an idea off of.

When I’m not delivering puppies or vacuuming up dog hair, you’ll find me homeschooling my little ones, attempting to garden, wrangling goats, or tackling the next farm project—usually with a coffee in hand and a baby on my hip. Life is full, busy, and beautifully chaotic, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
